Purple Cone Flower

Wonderful native wildflower with purple flowers, drought tolerant once established, purple cone flower is one of the great garden perennials. Fragrant purple flowers in late spring into early summer, and reblooming into summer and early fall. Seed heads attract gold finches who eat the seeds creating more color in the garden.

Great perennial for masses, borders and native gardens, butterflies & wildlife.

Seed heads will remain upright through winter, although cleaned by the birds.
